How we grow

Substance before speed.

We grow slowly and deliberately. Before a new position is advertised, the most recently hired colleagues have to be integrated – the platform depth and regulatory knowledge cannot be onboarded in four weeks. That is why the list of open positions is often short and sometimes empty.

But anyone who fits us – curious, entrepreneurial, with an appetite for a regulated market with real leverage – should write anyway. Unsolicited applications at DUX are read and answered, not parked in a pipeline.

Working hours

Trust-based hours. Home office. But on-site dates too.

Trust-based working time, flexible arrangement, home office. For some reviews and audit preparation, however, on-site presence makes sense – that is part of the reality in a regulated market.

Freely chosen work equipment – home office included.

Permanent colleagues choose their work devices themselves. Home office equipment is included. We believe good tools are a duty, not a reward.

No layer of account managers, no sales forecourt. Those who build see audit results. Those who interpret audit results talk to customers. The paths are short – including to management.

Location

Karlsruhe since 2012. Snacks & caffeine.

Permanent location in Karlsruhe since 2012, generously stocked fridge, barista on the team, and twice-a-week lunch on the house. Small team ritual that makes the day more bearable.
